Full-Time Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

This role involves managing on-prem and cloud-based systems, leading infrastructure projects, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; ensure cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices; optimize cloud costs and resource allocation; implement automation for cloud provisioning, scaling, and monitoring; identify and implement cost effective solutions.
• Datacenter Operations: Manage physical and virtual datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking; ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies; monitor system performance, capacity, and reliability; oversee hardware lifecycle management, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations; conduct risk assessments and disaster recovery planning; manage access controls and data protection measures.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers; work closely with rest of the technology, DevOps, and security teams to align infrastructure with business needs; provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing cloud and datacenter engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization
• Expertise in networking, security, and storage solutions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Splunk, or Datadog
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
