🔹 For our Client we are looking for Infrastructure Specialist 🔹

Are you our new Kubernetes/OpenShift Ninja? And do you have a developer background?

✔️ Your tasks:

First and foremost, you must ensure direction and progress in selected technologies and products, maintain a high level of service availability, and ensure the right level of security. The ideal candidate will lead the daily maintenance of the container platform and define the broad strokes in the architecture and future development of the platform.

This requires a profile that may have a background as a curious developer with architect ambitions, or perhaps someone who is already an architect but feels the urge to venture into cloud platform architecture. Regardless of background, it is imperative that the candidate has a developer focus, as the developers on the platform are the main stakeholders.

✔️ We expect you to have knowledge of:

• Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Communication protocols
• CI/CD
• Platform Security

The last couple of years have been focused on modernizing the technology stack, and the work is now in its final stages, with efforts aimed at stabilizing the new setup and fine-tuning the future configuration.

Part of the responsibility includes sparring/supporting, setting up deployment pipelines, testing and implementing new technologies, as well as quick problem solving in case of operational challenges.

The container setup is hosted by an external hosting partner, and regular collaboration with them will be required.

• Platform Architecture and development
• Developer Support (on both applications and CI/CD)
• Monitoring and handling incidents
• The Team:As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be part of a team that is distributed in Denmark and Poland. The team consists of 8 specialists and a Team Lead. You will be surrounded by colleagues who are each deeply specialized in their field, and everyone makes a virtue of helping each other to create the best results together.The team also works with the following technologies, which you may have the opportunity to contribute to in the long term:
  • Java / Spring Boot
  • Cobol / Rocket Enterprise Server
  • Git / Github
  • ISAM
  • Perform code reviews and receive feedback from colleagues
  • Oracle DB / MSSQL
  • Windows and Linux servers
