Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Inpatient coders who assign APR/MS DRGs from documentation provided in an Electronic Health Record (EMR) through an encoder after review of the ENTIRE patient chart (for the facility to get paid/reimbursed)
MUST HAVE: (3 Years) Experience. Facility inpatient coders (EMR) must have a varied background handling a wide array of specialties, trauma levels, and teaching facility experience.
SPECIALTIES: APR/DRG, Cardiac Surgery, Neurology, OB/GYN, General Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, Spinal Surgery, Psych/Behavioral Health, Pediatric.
SETTINGS: Trauma Level 1, Acute Care, Teaching Hospital,
SYSTEMS: Epic, 3M 360, Cerner, Optum 360
MUST HAVE Valid CCS Credential from AHIMA
100% Remote/Flexible Schedule
