Full-Time Insights Analyst (Healthcare Call Evaluator)

Insights Analyst

Evaluate interactions between healthcare clients and their customers.

Complete evaluations to capture client-desired data.

Use predefined rules for consistent and objective labeling.

Evaluate quality and compliance using verbal and written communication; reveal customer insights.

Concisely capture stated and implied messages, document them in our proprietary online system using listening skills.

Work independently and collaboratively with a virtual team for accuracy and consistency.

Provide insights and trends to team leaders for compelling client stories.

Become a subject matter expert in client programs and services.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree (healthcare, social work, English/writing, data analysis, or similar) preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, social work, compliance, quality assurance, or similar fields.
• Nurses (RN, LPN, etc.) and other healthcare professionals with nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, etc.) welcome.
• Customer service, call center, direct patient care, or telephonic care management experience desired.
• Strong listening and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meet deadlines for assignments and special projects (timeliness).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Desire to learn.
• Process-driven with high attention to detail.

Other important information:

• Virtual/remote position.
• Planned in-office activities may be required occasionally (approximately 1-2 times per year).
• Travel costs for required office trips are covered by the company for non-Indianapolis residents.
• Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to work for any US employer without requiring visa sponsorship.
