Intake Pelvic Health Specialist
Position Overview:
This is a variable-time position (10-20 hours/week) fully remote within the US. US applicants only.
Enable scalable pelvic care delivery.
Conduct non-clinical onboarding video and audio consultations with new members.
Collect member information, guide initial setup, and lay foundation for long-term pelvic health changes.
Compile, process, and discuss member information with Pelvic Health Specialist.
Provide a comprehensive intake summary to the dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist.
Ensure seamless transfer of members to the dedicated specialist.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- 3+ years clinical experience (musculoskeletal disorders, specifically pelvic health)
- Completion of one of the following:
- Pelvic Health Physical Therapy 1 (PH1) - APTA
- Pelvic Floor Level 1 (PF1) - Herman & Wallace
- Pelvic Health I - Evidence in Motion
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal & written)
- Flexible schedule (10-20 hours/week), 30 days in advance scheduling availability.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills for digital interactions
- Balance clinical responsibilities with member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement
- Hardworking, able to handle fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to evolving processes
Hours:
Variable (10-20 hours/week), based on operational needs, communicated up to 4 weeks in advance.
