Alternaleaf is Montu's leading clinic focused on a holistic approach to alternative medicine. Seeking dedicated Doctors for permanent positions, part-time or full-time.
As an Alternaleaf prescriber, you'll conduct Telehealth consultations via Amazon Connect and prescribe alternative treatment plans for various physical and mental conditions. You'll influence patient outcomes and clinical satisfaction, shape the healthcare landscape, develop clinical insights, set industry benchmarks, and influence regulatory standards.
What you can expect:
- Permanent opportunities: Choose your days (preference for 5 days/week, but part-time with a minimum of 2 days is acceptable). Days are fixed.
- Work From Home: Work from anywhere in Australia (excluding South Australia).
- Comprehensive Training: Full training, assistance with Authorised Prescriber Licence (costs covered ~ $2000), SAGED accredited courses count towards CPD.
- Dedicated Support: Clinical support and education during clinic hours by our Doctor Support Team.
- Competitive Salary: Salaried position.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree
- Full working rights (no sponsorship)
- AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
- Experience in the Australian healthcare system
- Authorised Prescriber (AP) for medicinal cannabis (preferred, not mandatory)
- Medical Indemnity Insurance (covering telehealth & schedule 8 medications, including medical cannabis)
- Medicare Provider Number
- Australian residency
- Excellent communication, strong work ethic, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
