Full-Time Integration Manager

As an Integrations Project Manager, you will manage the technical process of developing, testing and activating integrations with 3rd party vendors. Collaborate with a product team creating solutions enabling data integrations with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Initiation & Planning: Manage complex projects, create project plans, define timing, and manage risks.
2. Coordination: Provide information to third-party providers, act as the main point of contact, and establish communication with stakeholders.
3. Integration & Technical Management: Manage the integration process, improve the quality of integrations, and collaborate on backlog prioritization.
4. Customer & Internal Support: Support customers, handle issues, and follow up on troubleshooting.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Create technical documentation and participate in reporting.
6. Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple projects while maintaining engagement.

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience as Technical Project Manager
• Experience in managing software projects and dev team management
• Deep understanding of technology with special focus on APIs integration projects
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Autonomous, self-starter, detail-oriented and proactive
• Excellent ability to organize work, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively
• Languages: Native Portuguese and good English (min. B2/C1 level)
