Integrations Implementation Expert
Manage technical projects with internal resources, clients, and software partners integrating existing systems/services into procurement platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Client Functional Support: Guide clients during integrations, ensuring expectations are met and serving as an expert on EcoVadis API capabilities and use cases.
- API Migration Management: Define and manage API migration for partners and customers.
- Project Management: Coordinate internal resources, third parties for flawless project execution and API version sunsetting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, status updates, and post-integration reviews.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure integrations meet high-quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to improve integration processes.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS or technology, with integration/implementation projects. A background in software development or technical field a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration tools.
Project Management Skills: Managing cross-functional teams and executing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex integration challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to work with clients.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications. Experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, system-to-system integrations, and procurement software solutions.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 office days/month) / Fully remote from Poland.
