For over 15 years, ArcTouch has created lovable apps, websites, and connected experiences for world-class companies, leading brands, and innovative startups. See some of our work.
Since launching our first app in 2009, we’ve followed these core beliefs: Create lovable products, the perfect blend of something useful and delightful that forges meaningful connections with users. Be a lovable company where amazing teams of diverse individuals collaborate every day to create something we can be proud of. ArcTouch is a specialty studio that is part of the award-winning AKQA Group.
If you're passionate about building lovable products, we want you to join us!
Know the Product Manager Team
As a Product Manager, you'll have an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organization at the center of the mobile movement. The Product Manager ensures client and user satisfaction by overseeing product and project planning, implementation, and tracking. By focusing on delivering an outstanding User and Consumer Experience, we achieve one of our key objectives, turning our clients into HEROES!
In our company, the Product Manager is the glue that binds the team together and the grease that keeps the product and the project moving in the right direction. Most importantly, the Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the client is completely satisfied with their product when it’s delivered.
This diverse position includes responsibilities such as running strategic product sessions, partnering with partner agencies on delivery, writing product requirements in the form of user stories, leading the team assigned to your project, acting as the liaison to the client or partner during the design & development cycle, managing delivery, and managing budgets of time and money.
Additionally, the Product Manager is responsible for communicating status transparently to all stakeholders and serves as an evangelist for ArcTouch services. When not assigned to a client or partner project, you will work on special projects or in a support role, assisting our Sales team with estimates and client pitches.
Role expectations:
Use your product background, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with your clients and help them achieve their product vision and objectives. Be a great communicator, building personal and professional relationships and appreciating interactions to promote alignments and opportunities.
- Have good organization and prioritization skills to work on different short- and long-term products, sometimes simultaneously, as we work with clients from various markets and sizes.
As part of project leadership, you will be co-responsible for building a solid relationship of trust with key stakeholders within the client organization to position ArcTouch strategically from a product perspective in scenarios where you do not have access to the client strategy. Support all delivery steps, working together with designers (UI/UX) on prototypes, creating and prioritizing user stories, and collaborating with Engineers and QAs assigned to the project to ensure timely and high-quality releases, acting as the liaison between team and clients during the design & development cycle.
Use your previous experience in a software product management role (or similar) to define and actively manage product release cycles. Use your analytical mindset to collect and analyze data and make data-informed decisions. Be comfortable executing tactical and operational activities such as writing user stories, participating in agile ceremonies, and running refinement sessions.
We are a professional services company (consulting), and depending on the client context, the product manager spends more time with execution rather than discovery.
Occasionally run strategic product sessions, user testing, and A/B testing with our clients. Occasionally you may work in a support role, assisting our Sales team with estimates and client pitches.
You are not required to have a software engineering background, but you should feel comfortable having technical discussions with client stakeholders.
