Full-Time Intermediate Project Manager

Join Dev.Pro - a US-based outsourcing software development company. We invite a skilled and proactive Project Manager with Scrum Master experience.

Manage a team of developers and test engineers in building/enhancing a robust Payroll platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain team focus on project goals.
• Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
• Manage Agile projects for smooth delivery.
• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change requests.
• Promote collaboration among the team and key stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure clear communication across parties.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Guide the team in Agile best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Agile project management experience with Scrum and scaled frameworks.
• Strong planning, execution, delivery, and risk management skills.
• Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and change requests.
• Expertise in PM/SM tools and experience facilitating Scrum events.
• Excellent communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+ English).
• Effective stakeholder, team, and client management skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to plan and manage delivery timelines.

Desirable:

• Scrum or SAFe certifications.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects.
• Ability to identify and establish effective communication channels.
