Full-Time Intermediate Site Reliability Engineer

• You help the delivery teams to deliver stable software fast.
• Participate in operations to anticipate instability, resolve unanticipated failures, improve observability and increase reliability of the systems under our management.
• Work in a team of SREs of various levels, serve as an escalation level for associate SREs and in turn be backed up by your senior colleagues.
• Maintain systems for observability.
• Adjust and maintain SLOs.
• Participate and facilitate incident resolution including On Call Duty.
• Work on proactive improvements to increase the reliability of the managed platforms.
• Reduce work that does not add value.

• 2 or more years of experience as DevOps engineer, Support engineering or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Experience with incident management on a production environment of a public facing online service with high business value and preferably high traffic in a 24x7 fashion.
• Experience programming and / or scripting.
• Basic knowledge of serverless services in one or more public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of and experience with monitoring systems, amongst which APM systems such as Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Familiar with Docker.
• Good level of English in writing and speaking (At least B2).
• Experience working in an international context with on- and off-shore teams
