Job Details

Job Purpose: Support the Online Training team. Gain hands-on experience designing and developing digital media assets for internal training programs. Create engaging digital learning materials (videos, animations, 3D models, interactive elements). Develop user-friendly content aligning with global training standards. Collaborate with the Online Training Manager and global team to shape visual and interactive aspects of digital learning experiences. Contribute to UI/UX design of training modules.

Duties:

  • Create innovative multimedia solutions for digital training.
  • Design multimedia content from concept to delivery based on design principles.
  • UI/UX design for learning platforms and digital learning content.
  • Work with projects including film creation, editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
  • Develop using gaming engines (Unity or Unreal Engine for gamification).
  • Create assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, 3D packages like Blender).
  • Quality assurance of online training outputs (storyboards, Alpha reviews of eLearning content).
  • Create learning content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and accurate learner journeys.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Deliver simple and well-defined projects.
  • Raise risks related to multimedia development.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Education: Preferably newly graduated with a degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Learning Design.
  • Essential Skills: Video creation/editing, 3D modeling, animation, gamification. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/After Effects/Premiere Pro). 3D packages (Blender). Understanding of design principles. Evidence of experience creating multimedia content for knowledge transfer, focusing on learner experience.
  • Desirable Skills: Unreal Engine/Unity, e-learning tools (Articulate), basic coding skills, SCORM/CMI5 formats, copywriting.

  • Strong communication skills (English).
  • Commitment to learning new skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in an international team across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing priorities.
