Job Details
We are seeking a student (m/f/diverse) for a Supply Chain Management - Project Management Office internship. This mandatory internship is for at least 6 months, starting as soon as possible, in Schwalbach am Taunus (near Frankfurt am Main).
Possible Options: Combination voluntary/mandatory internship possible; final thesis possible by arrangement.
Tasks Include:
- Follow-Up and Task Management: Track project milestones, follow up with owners, ensure timely task completion.
- Documentation: Assist in creating, maintaining, and developing project documentation, including status reports for audit readiness.
- Communication Support: Support development of communication concepts, prepare presentations, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- General PMO Support: Gather/analyze data, derive solutions supporting project team success and handover to new organization.
Qualifications:
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Project Management Experience Preferred
- International Company Experience Preferred
- Expert knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent English and German (written & spoken)
- Analytical, independent, planning, and organizational skills
- Masters degree preferred
