Intern Internship - Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a student (m/f/diverse) for a mandatory internship in the Supply Chain Management - Project Management Office department for at least 6 months in Schwalbach am Taunus, near Frankfurt am Main.

A combination of voluntary and mandatory internship is possible. A final thesis is also possible by arrangement.

Tasks Include:

• Follow-Up and Task Management: Track project milestones, follow up with work package owners, and ensure timely task completion.
• Documentation: Assist in creating, maintaining, and developing project documentation, including status reports for audit readiness.
• Communication Support: Support communication concepts, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
• General PMO Support: Collect and analyze data, derive solutions supporting project team success and handover to the new organization.

Qualifications:

• Advanced studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred: Project Management experience, international company experience.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office.
• Essential: Fluent English and German (written & spoken).
• Analytical, independent, planning & organizational skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree; ability to drive change, push work packages, and make challenging requests.
