We’re seeking a contractual Inventory and Logistics Coordinator who thrives on organization!
You'll be responsible for:
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory, orders, and storage logistics across all warehouses.
- ERP System Utilization: Learning and using our ERP system for precise inventory tracking and management. Managing the integration of inventory data.
- Logistics: Tracking product allocation, updating milestones for shipments, and monitoring inbound containers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working with external and internal stakeholders to streamline operations and address issues.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with supply chain management.
- Proficient with ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to process improvements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Must-haves:
- Backup laptop/desktop.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (50mbps minimum).
- Backup internet connection of equal speed.
Location: Work-from-home position in Manila metro area.
Duration: 6 months
Status: Contractual, no benefits
Hardware: No company-issued laptop.
