As a Technical Lead, your role involves designing and solving problems in large, distributed systems. 70% of your time will be hands-on coding in Swift.
What we're looking for
- Experience developing fully featured native iOS applications published to the App Store.
- Familiarity with Swift programming language, SwiftUI a plus.
- Familiarity with RxSwift, Combine, or reactive programming.
- Advocate for clean code and SOLID principles.
- Previous team/technical/pod lead experience (managing engineers or projects).
- Strong ownership of projects end to end, infrastructure rollout.
- Ability to solve complicated technical problems.
- Coaching and mentorship experience.
- Collaborative cross-functional skills with Product Manager, Designer, and stakeholders.
