We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio of IT infrastructure projects within the pharmaceutical industry. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale initiatives such as server installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center enhancements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are strategically aligned with broader business objectives, driving impactful outcomes, and delivering value across the organization. This role demands a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate and manage multifaceted, cross-functional programs. Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are highly mandatory.
What Will You Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, objectives and adherence to the overall program management methodologies.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage program-level plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, while ensuring seamless integration across projects.
- Provide visionary leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Facilitate regular program reviews, with executive stakeholders with transparent and actionable insights, status updates, and risk assessments.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage program-level risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies to address technical, regulatory, and operational challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and post-program evaluations, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and GxP regulations compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project performance and outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT Infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs that involve cross-functional teams and significant technical dependencies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment.
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure components with the ability to make informed strategic decisions about technology implementations.
- Proficiency in a broad range of program and project management tools.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to evolving program requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- Certification in Program Management, preferably PMP from PMI.
- Educational background in business, IT, or related fields.
