Full-Time IT Manager, SAP Supply Chain

We are seeking a talented IT Manager to lead and drive innovation within our Supply Chain Systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the development and delivery of SAP MM solutions.
2. Oversee all aspects of project delivery (requirements, architecture, design, development, support).
3. Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
4. Maintain accurate transaction and audit records.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP modules (Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, Security).
6. Align supply chain processes with business KPIs.
7. Coordinate SAP MM module integration.
8. Provide training and support to end-users.
9. Build consensus and align teams across stakeholders.
10. Lead testing cycles, perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
11. Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents.
12. Proactively identify system enhancements and performance improvements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years SAP MM configuration experience
• 8+ years delivering SAP Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functionalities
• Deep understanding of SAP MM (Master Data, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory, Invoice, FIORI)
• Knowledge of SAP testing tools, user exits, batch jobs, standard reports
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (BigQuery, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-organizational environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Bonus Points:

• SAP S/4 Hana Cloud Procurement Implementation experience or certification
