Full-Time IT PMO in Life Science

• Develop and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and best practices for IT initiatives in the life science sector
• Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting for IT projects
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in IT project execution
• Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making processes
• Continuously improve project management practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in life science or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and IT project management software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and IT infrastructure
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, risk management, and budgeting in complex IT environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the life science industry (e.g., GxP, FDA regulations)
• Ability to travel occasionally and fluency in English required
