Product Manager provides analysis, documentation, and project management to help Keypath define its technology product vision and lead its execution.
Working as a member of an agile team, the Product Manager acts as product owner and functional subject matter expert, ensuring product delivery and adoption aligned with vision, business objectives, and timelines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create long-term vision and annual technology roadmap for assigned area(s), prioritizing features based on business value and objectives.
- Collaborate with the business to evaluate goals, identify problems, and propose technology solutions.
- Foster innovation, generating feature candidates through end-user shadowing, surveys, polls, SME sessions, and partnerships.
- Partner with sponsors to co-author and present business cases to senior leadership.
- Act as a product evangelist, influencing an effective technology-driven culture.
- Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
- Elicit and document requirements using various methods (interviews, document analysis, data modeling).
- Create business analysis artifacts (requirements, specifications, user stories, wireframes).
- Work as a member of an agile team, ensuring clear requirements understanding throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Provide project management support, risk management, and status reporting.
- Ensure UAT testing completion and approval.
- Plan production system rollout, training, and documentation.
Education: Bachelor's degree (business administration, information systems preferred).
Experience: 4+ years in recruitment/student services or IT, collaborating with IT on application development, product management or business analysis.
Skills: Excellent communication, translating systems concepts to business audiences and vice versa.
Technical skills include UI wireframing tools, requirement documentation and management, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or higher preferred).
