Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our projects. (Only candidates in LATAM will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS product
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Collaborate on requirements gathering
- Maintain clear communication with clients and teams
- Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Monitor project performance and provide updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources
- Develop trusted relationships with clients
- Identify and present additional value opportunities
- Assist in creating proposals
- Prepare closure reports and analyze project outcomes
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Over 4 years in IT project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and methodical in maintaining project documentation
- Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experienced with JIRA or similar platforms
- Skilled in using Gantt charts and software architecture diagrams
- 100% Remote position
