Full-Time IT Project Manager

StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform focused on multi-channel solutions (native, display, video, CTV, audio, in-game, DOOH). We empower digital companies for campaign success.

We seek a dedicated, ambitious IT Project Manager to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams for game-changing projects, enabling innovation, scaling, and growth.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Lead complex, global programs optimizing people, process, and technology.
• Apply best practices and strategic focus to enterprise scaling and productivity via optimized processes and SaaS.
• Plan and scope cross-departmental requirements, prioritize workstreams, and manage stakeholder dependencies.
• Manage project work plans, mitigate risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Keep teams accountable and aligned on progress, value, and outcomes.
• Lead planning and execution of high-visibility programs/projects as trusted IT/business partner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, client success, finance, product) and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Procurement, InfoSec, and stakeholders in RFPs and ROI analysis with third-parties.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates and feedback on project progress, status, and issues.
• Measure project performance and conduct post-project evaluations to reconcile projected ROI.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven project management experience using best practices in an accelerated, outcomes-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, global projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and unify stakeholders.
• Experience navigating SaaS technologies (Salesforce, Netsuite, UKG, Workday, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot).
• Demonstrated ability to assess and implement new SaaS solutions for enterprise scaling.
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CAPM, CSM, CIPM, CGBP) are a plus.
