Our client is searching for an IT Project Manager for a temp-to-perm position with a Fortune 100 company that can be worked remotely.
All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time.
This position will be responsible for managing a variety of projects relating to application development and data science, but will be more functional than technical.
All candidates must have at least 7 years of enterprise Project Manager experience.
Duties:
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
