As a full-time IT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing IT projects. Your key challenge will be analyzing business processes, identifying improvement areas, and developing solutions to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the entire IT project lifecycle.
- Define project goals, work plans, and deadlines.
- Coordinate IT activities and business stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Develop project documentation (business cases, process flows, use cases).
- Ensure quality deliverables and compliance with technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress using Jira.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Solve problems promptly to maintain schedule.
- Prepare periodic reports and post-project analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Familiarity with financial business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira).
- Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience creating reports, process documentation, and presentations.
- Previous experience in IT projects related to Finance processes.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Advanced experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
