Job Details
The Technical Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency designed to provide hands-on experience in technical support. The primary responsibility is to assist users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues.
Job Responsibilities:

Pay/Salary Range: $25-29/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware.
- Conduct remote installation of software and perform hardware testing.
- Monitor system functioning to ensure correct operations and identify errors.
- Maintain records of data communication transactions.
- Utilize technical manuals, engage with users, or employ computer diagnostics to resolve issues.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months- 2 years maximum of IT operations experience working with MAC OS and an enterprise ticketing system.
- Candidate without demonstrated MAC OS experience will not be contacted.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Mobile Device Support.
- MDM Knowledge.
- Office 365 / Google Workplace.
- Multi-factor authentication.
Pay/Salary Range: $25-29/hr
