Full-Time IT Support Specialist

A Large Childcare Educational Company is hiring multiple Application Support Technicians to join the team for a fully remote opportunity!
Job Description:

• Less technically intense, more focus on customer service. Collaborative - working with the customer they are supporting and the business partner so lots of communication.
• Incoming calls for ticket queues, password resets in active directory and some proprietary software for biller and family management in the centers.
• Provide support collaboratively with the procurement team for food and equipment (this is a little out of the technical component and more customer service.)
• Process familiarity, Work from home experience is a BIG plus.

Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support certificate is preferred
• 1-2+ years of Help Desk, IT Support, Application Support experience required
• Previous experience within Workday and assisting with password resets is a plus
• Previous work from home experience is preferred
• Must be willing to work any 8 hour shift between Mon-Fri 445am to 5pm pst range
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
