Job Details
The Technical Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency designed to provide hands-on experience in technical support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address user inquiries related to computer software or hardware.
- Conduct remote software installation and hardware testing.
- Monitor system functioning to identify errors.
- Maintain records of data communication transactions.
- Utilize technical manuals and computer diagnostics to resolve issues.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months- 2 years maximum of IT operations experience working with MAC OS and an enterprise ticketing system
- Demonstrated MAC OS experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mobile Device Support
- MDM Knowledge
- Office 365 / Google Workplace
- Multi-factor authentication
- Willing to travel locally between offices
