Must have:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in network device management, data management, or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of network device management principles and best practices.
-Familiarity with IT communication architectures (e.g., LAN, Wireless LAN, VPN).
-Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation techniques.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Nice to have:
-Experience with network device classification tools such as Elisity.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
-Understanding of IT technologies applied in manufacturing environments.
-Experience working in a consultative and cooperative manner with multiple stakeholders, such as engineers, developers, and MFG operations leaders.
