Full-Time JR. Data Science

JR Data Scientist is responsible for ensuring Universe Estimation and Sample Design activities are completed on time and according to corporate standards, supervised by a superior.

• Data Quality and Integrity: Ensures the quality and integrity of data used in analyses.
• Statistical Analysis: Utilizes statistical methodologies to analyze data.
• Innovation: Develops new ideas from critical analysis of statistical designs and market needs.
• Statistical Capacity: Demonstrates a strong capacity for statistical data analysis.
• Sampling Experience: Has experience in large-scale sampling and/or surveys.
• Machine Learning Knowledge: Possesses knowledge of Machine Learning/Neural Networks.
• Analytical Skills: Analyzes statistical processes, demonstrates self-direction, proactiveness, and leadership.
• Improvement Focus: Generates ideas for improvement, finds new approaches, and is passionate about high-performing teams.
• Project Support: Willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Actuary, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year.
• Strong statistical analysis capacity.
• Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to interact with multicultural remote teams.
• Continuous learning and adaptation of new technologies/tools.
• Technical Skills: Minimum one year of Python experience, SQL knowledge.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in large-scale sampling and/or surveys.
