We're seeking a Junior Developer Relations Engineer to excite developers about building on Flow.
You'll be the first technical point of contact for many developers entering Web3 and Flow's ecosystem, guiding them through use cases and fostering a vibrant developer community.
This role is perfect for community-centric engineers who love new technology, building in public, and helping others. You'll grow Flow's developer ecosystem by creating content, engaging on social media, and ensuring developers have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new developers with guides, tutorials, and example projects.
- Engaging the Flow developer community on Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc., offering technical support and fostering discussions.
- Building in public, sharing insights, projects, and best practices to inspire developers and demonstrate Flow's capabilities.
- Creating educational content (blog posts, live coding sessions) to help developers understand Flow.
- Gathering and sharing developer feedback to improve documentation, tooling, and onboarding.
About you:
- Technical background in Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development (Cadence experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for community-building and developer engagement.
- Experience creating developer-focused content (blog posts, videos, tutorials).
- A growth mindset, eager to learn and experiment.
