Job Description: As an early member of the Infrastructure & Automation team, you will build and automate foundational systems. This includes ensuring reliability, security, performance, developer velocity, and scalability for our cloud platform.

1. Scale Amplemarket's core cloud platform for high availability and performance.
2. Detect blindspots and add observability to mitigate potential issues.
3. Collaborate with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features.
4. Review code, proposals, and participate in architectural discussions.
5. Build reproducible automations for critical infrastructure needs.
6. Define solutions to save time for internal teams when deploying code to production.
7. Monitor potential threats and implement security patches.
8. Participate in continuous improvement of development processes.

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience designing and maintaining complex/large/growing systems.
• Experience with tools like Kubernetes, Pulumi, or Terraform.
• A proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of root-cause analysis for production issues.
