Your Journey as a Freelance International Recruiter

• Collaborate with your Recruitment Manager to design a roadmap aligned with your financial goals.
• Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using recruitment tools.
• Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified individuals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until placement.
• Earn attractive commissions for successfully placing candidates and advancing your career.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in a multicultural environment
• Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge and interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Availability to perform this role full-time
• Strong communication skills with good English proficiency
