Full-Time Junior IT Project Manager

Collaborate in defining clear and measurable project objectives, aligned with business and IT team needs.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

Monitor project progress, identifying and reporting deviations, risks, and potential issues.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and other stakeholders.

Participate in the identification and implementation of improvements in the IT team's project management processes.

Ensure the quality of project deliverables, guaranteeing compliance with defined requirements and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Interest in IT project management and the system development life cycle.

Good interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different profiles.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Visio, Microsoft Project).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
