Full-Time Junior IT Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our development team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers on new features and bug fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and software testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, project managers).
• Keep abreast of emerging software development trends.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
• Understanding of software development principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, BitBucket) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Nice to have:

• Internship or academic project experience in software development.
• Experience with web or mobile app frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP).
