Full-Time Junior IT Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Work closely with senior developers to implement new features and fix bugs.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, project managers).
• Stay updated with emerging software development trends and technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience (preferred).
• Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, BitBucket).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Internship or academic project experience in software development.
• Exposure to web or mobile app development frameworks.
• Understanding of databases and basic SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
