Full-Time Junior Operations Manager

• Design, implement, and optimise internal processes across teams (product, tech, commercial growth, customer success, partnerships, legal, finance)
• Manage key projects end-to-end — from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and delivery
• Support international rollouts, pilots, and launches with universities, insurers, corporates and government partners
• Manage and improve our OKR system across the company
• Set up and maintain tracking systems and operational dashboards to drive accountability and clarity
• Plan and run our quarterly offsites end-to-end
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as we scale
• Own special projects
• Assist the CEO in executing strategic projects and managing key priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and collaborators

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or generalist roles at a high-growth startup
• Strong execution and analytical skills
• Comfort with chaos
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and cross-cultural)
• A Bachelor of Science degree in STEM, Business, Finance, or other relevant disciplines
