Full-Time Junior Project Manager

Plan, manage, and monitor project execution. Control KPIs and take action to maintain them at the best level.

Handle people management: actively participate in planning required hires, ensure the professional growth of your team, and conduct face-to-face meetings.

Act as a Scrum Master: facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure feature delivery.

Develop project status reports and presentations.

Drive and support continuous project improvement.

Develop, manage, and maintain actual project management documentation.

Manage communication with the Customer, Product Owner, customer side teams to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Good theoretical and practical background in project management.

At least 1,5 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager.

Practical experience of working with Agile methodologies.

Experience of people management practices, including coaching and mentoring, team and conflict management, team motivation, and team building.

Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
