Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Corporate Recruiter (Part-time) to support our talent acquisition efforts in Mclean, VA.US Citizen.Must be on-site weekly on Wednesdays ***REQUIRED***.Flexible schedule permitted.
The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. This position is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in corporate recruiting and grow with our team.
The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. They will source and screen potential candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Additionally, they will help maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist HR with the processing of recruitment, including vetting candidates and interviews.
- Assist Facility Security Officer in coordinating security clearances
- Assist efficiently and effectively fill open positions as requested by upper management.
- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
- Schedule interviews with managers on-site as needed.
- Assist in coordinating security clearances.
- Assist in coordinating with the HR Department team for requests for offer letters, interview dates, and new hire orientation.
- Assist in supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR Department.

US Citizen.Strong communication skills and must be able to convey job requirements and engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational skills and efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes, maintain candidate databases, and track metrics.
Interpersonal skills and can build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Understanding of recruitment/HR processes.
Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Experience creating social media content.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Excellent writing skills.
Preferred:
- One (1+) year of directly related experience with an understanding of IT roles and technologies to effectively screen and communicate with candidates.
- College Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters or additional talent acquisition systems.
