Full-Time Junior Software Engineer (.Net/Java)

Designs, codes, tests, corrects, and documents simple programs, or scripts and assists in the implementation of software.

Assists in providing accessibility, retrievability, security and protection of data ethically.

Defines test conditions for given requirements. Designs test cases and creates test scripts and supporting data.

Interprets, executes and records test cases.

Analyses and reports test activities and results.

Produces software builds from software source code.

Conducts tests, records failures, and carries out fault diagnosis.

Undertakes complete design of simple applications.

Assists in design of components of larger systems.

Supports integrated applications with understanding of system integration, test planning, scripting, and troubleshooting.

Establishes, participates, and maintains relationships with business units, customers, and information technology subject matter experts.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. +2 years of experience.

• Good knowledge of one or more programming languages (C#, .Net or Java).
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good knowledge of software engineering (testing, source control, agile planning).
• Good knowledge of multiple department applications, subsystems and functions.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of AWS a plus.
