About the Company: Milk Moovement is building a world-class team to get the right milk to the right place. We're a young VC-backed company aiming to disrupt the dairy supply chain. We're expanding and looking for passionate individuals.
The Role: As a Junior Onboarding Manager, you'll ensure a smooth client onboarding process, supporting the long-term success of accounts. You'll report to the VP, Customer Experience and play a key role in defining and enhancing our onboarding strategy. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting new account implementations, setting up platforms, and ensuring clients reach launch milestones.
- Leading 1+ hour training demos for clients.
- Collaborating with the Development Team on task prioritization.
- Following up with clients post-launch to maintain a pulse on client base.
- Developing and reporting on internal/external metrics to monitor client health.
- Translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Analyzing data to meet diverse objectives.
What We're Looking For: We seek a diverse and inclusive team. Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years project management experience in a high-growth SaaS scale-up.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure client milestones.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Experience driving client value and navigating new platforms.
- Customer Success background with account management, onboarding, and long-term success focus.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
What Else: Experience in dairy/agriculture is a plus. Understanding development processes (bugs/features) and working in a high-growth SaaS environment is also beneficial.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
