Job Details
Maintain a safe play environment: Handle children's first aid, incidents, and emergencies.
Facilitate and manage activities: Set up, conduct, and clean up scheduled activities, paying close attention to each child.
Conduct excursions: Lead excursions to different areas of the resort with a structured program.
Essential Requirements:
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Russian.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience handling children's activities.
- Education background: Kids' education background is a plus.
- Guest focus: Maintain calm and courtesy, focus on guest needs.
- Optional: German/Arabic speaking skills advantageous.
