Full-Time Kotlin Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Introduce and deploy software solutions into production environments.
• Continuously optimize and update existing applications.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, and Product Manager.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Identify, report, and track issues using Jira.
• Perform code refactoring.
• Participate in testing and debugging activities.
• Share knowledge and provide mentorship.

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java.
• Experience developing microservices using Apache Kafka, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based infrastructure (GCP or another).
• Understanding of software development processes and tools.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level) and native fluency in Polish or French.
