Full-Time Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes Cluster Administrator to manage and maintain large-scale on-premises Kubernetes clusters.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and maintain on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor cluster performance and availability to ensure high stability and resilience.
• Ensure cluster security through RBAC, network policies, and secure configurations.
• Optimize resource usage through effective pod scheduling and service configuration.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster operation and performance.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrading, and scaling.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless application integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience managing large-scale Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Solid background in Linux system administration.
• Experience with containerization technologies, especially Docker.

Know-how:

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and components.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Kubernetes-related tools such as Helm, Istio, and Prometheus.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of storage solutions and persistent volumes in Kubernetes (plus).
• Experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (plus).

Languages:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of other languages (advantage).
