- Must have previous experience with AI and machine learning implementations, as this deals directly with the engineers.
- Exceptional communication, cross-functional awareness, and stakeholder facing.
- Previous full cycle implementations will be deeply discussed within interview process.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira strongly Required.
- 12+ years minimum experience in project/program management within large scale enterprise level environments required
- Proficient with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning implementations within enterprise level companies
- A strong history of working for cross functional data product delivery teams
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies: scrum, lean, Kanban,
- Strong presentation, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams
- Detail oriented with strong information seeking skills
- Great listening skills and openness to different points of view
- Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with Lucid/LucidSpark is needed
