Full-Time Lead AI Data Scientist (Applied AI & Prompt Engineer)

• Lead development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models.
• Design and oversee robust data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Architect and implement solutions involving LLMs, transformer-based models, and AI agents.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists; guide project execution and professional development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into machine learning solutions.
• Own model lifecycle: from data exploration to production deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
• Engage with multimodal data: text, image, audio, or behavioral data.
• Ensure quality, reproducibility, and documentation of models and findings.

• 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally R or Scala).
• Hands-on experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) or multimodal AI.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills; Spark/Databricks experience is a plus.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, cloud AI services, or explainable AI tools.
