Full-Time Lead AI Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist with deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to lead end-to-end AI/ML projects for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead development of advanced analytics and AI/ML models (e.g., classification, time series, GenAI, computer vision, associative rules and decisioning).
• Design and oversee robust data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Architect and implement solutions involving LLMs, transformer-based models, and AI agents for generative tasks and automation.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists; guide project execution and professional development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into machine learning solutions, deliver insights, and drive model deployment.
• Own model lifecycle: from data exploration to production deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
• Engage with multimodal data: text, image, audio, or behavioral data from web and app interactions.
• Ensure quality, reproducibility, and documentation of models and findings.
• Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Python (and optionally R or Scala), including libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) or multimodal AI.
• Experience deploying ML models to production (API, batch, or streaming environments).
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target), cloud AI services, or explainable AI tools.

Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills; Spark/Databricks experience is a plus.

Salary range: $110,000 - $160,000.
