Job Details

Freshworks is seeking a Lead - Customer Success to join their team in Brazil. As a customer champion, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in Brazil and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to customers.
  • Engage with key partners and facilitate the use of the Freshworks platform.
  • Develop account plans for all customers, acting as the roadmap for growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with professional services, support, and partners to deliver seamless support.
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and advocate the "Customers for Life" philosophy.
  • Understand Freshworks products and features, and quantify their impact with ROI models.
  • Coach customers on product adoption and usage.
  • Identify and manage risks proactively.
  • Identify successful customers and convert them into advocates.
  • Introduce and implement new products/features based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals.
  • Be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience presenting technology products and consulting with customers.
  • Experience growing customer relationships and understanding business needs.
  • Experience managing a book of business with significant growth.
  • Experience working with C-level/SVP-level executives.
  • Experience with executive business reviews.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate product functionality and present key use cases.
  • Ability to influence change in complex organizations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
