Job Details

As the Lead Data Science & Modeling, you will lead our team of data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for our marketing analytics platform. You will be responsible for driving innovation, building high-performance models, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our platform's insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead a team of data scientists and ML/AI engineers to integrate, develop and /or deploy advanced machine learning models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply them to our platform including open source technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the data science and incubator team.
  • Model Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for tasks such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision for new client solution development.
  • Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into our platform, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Strategy:
  • Develop and implement modeling training data strategy for high-quality model training and inference.
  • Collaborate with Head of Data Platforms & Architecture to build robust data pipelines and data infrastructure.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
  • Product Development:
  • Work closely with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Prioritize features and functionalities to deliver maximum value to our clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of data science solutions.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of data scientists.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning.
  • Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
  • Strong understanding of data mining, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
