Lead Frontend Developer - Copilot Studio

As a lead frontend developer, contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of innovative applications.

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and creative designs into functional and technical design.

Provide thought leadership, business acumen, and ideas for improvements, impacting key technical decisions.

Develop rich, intuitive, consumer-facing products and/or highly integrated enterprise applications.

Apply best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Create clear and concise technical documentation (code, APIs, system architecture).

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.

Demonstrate expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.

Show passion for emerging technologies.

Work alongside architects, managers, and engineering consultants for a 360-degree perspective on challenges, contributing to innovative solutions.

Experience Requirements

• 10-15 years of production experience as a software developer.
• 2+ years of technical lead experience.
• Strong experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure cloud services.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying custom complex agents, and establishing guardrails for Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI principles, integrating custom code when needed.
• Ability to work in CST or EST time zones, depending on client demands.

Compensation

Competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $160,000 - $182,203.

Final salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Performance-based bonuses and other incentives may be available.
