Lead Frontend Developer - Copilot Studio
Contribute to all aspects of software development lifecycle: estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of innovative applications.
Team with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and creative designs into functional and technical design.
Lead and make recommendations for improvements, influence important technical decisions.
Experience Requirements
- Developed rich, intuitive, consumer-facing products and/or highly integrated enterprise applications.
- Proficient in recognizing and applying best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Able to create clear and concise technical documentation (code, APIs, system architecture).
- Can diagnose and troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
- Passion for emerging technologies.
Team and Project Information
Work with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of business challenges.
Contribute unique perspectives to develop innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10-15 years of production experience as a software developer.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical lead.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying custom complex agents, and establishing guardrails for Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI principles and ability to integrate custom code.
- Ability to work in CST or EST time zones (depending on client demands).
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation package. Target base salary range: $160,000 - $182,203.
Performance-based bonuses and other incentives available.
